Mr. Scott is Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer of Meridian Holdings.
He is a South African Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years of experience in financial management, capital markets and regulated industries, including over 20 years in the lottery and gaming sector. His background includes senior roles at Lottomatica and GTECH, now IGT, and at Aristocrat, and board positions at Ithuba Holdings, operator of the South African National Lottery from 2015 to 2026. As Chief Financial Officer he focuses on financial reporting, capital allocation and investor engagement.
