Murray G. Smith

Mr. Smith is an Independent Director of Meridian Holdings and chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
He has more than 27 years of accounting and finance leadership experience, having served as Chief Financial Officer of Craft Canning + Bottling, Paulson Capital Corporation and Jewett-Cameron Trading Company. He has served on the Board since 2020 and continued as a director following the Meridian transaction. His background is in financial reporting, public company accounting and audit oversight, and he contributes that experience to the Board’s governance and nominating work.
