Michael Prescott

Mr. Prescott is an Independent Director of Meridian Holdings and serves on the Audit Committee.
He spent his career in the gaming industry, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of IGT, across its Gaming and Lottery divisions, where he also led the monetization of the company’s global intellectual property portfolio. He has held partnership roles at major international law firms and previously practiced as a corporate attorney at Edwards Angell. His background spans public company securities, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and international gaming regulation.
