Atul Bali
Independent Director
Mr. Bali is an Independent Director of Meridian Holdings. He chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He has close to 30 years in the lottery, betting and gaming sector, including senior leadership positions at GTECH, now IGT, and at Aristocrat, RealNetworks and Gaming Realms. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GTECH G2 and of Aristocrat Technologies, and was Lead Independent Director of Everi Holdings until its acquisition by funds managed by Apollo Global Management in 2025. His board and advisory experience spans regulated markets in more than 50 countries.
